Changing Quantities or Deleting Items
PROBLEM:
When I change quantities or delete an item and then resume shopping,
the cart does not save my changes
ANSWER: Make certain you
remember to hit the "Modify Cart" button
each time you change
quantities or delete an item
Adding Items to the Cart
PROBLEM:
I can only get the cart to hold one item and it changes each time
I "Buy Now"
ANSWER: If you add an item and the shopping
cart only reflect your current selection,
remember to use the "Previous Page" button, in the shopping cart
rather than the "Back" button in your browser
Multiple Purchase Discounts
(example: $2.99 ea. or 2/$5.00)
PROBLEM:
I ordered 2 foot toys but the cart still shows them
at the "each" price instead of the "reduced" price
ANSWER: Don't order the same item twice,
just change the quantity in the box in the
shopping cart and the cart will automatically discount the price
Remember to hit the "Modify Cart" button, after changing
quantities
Avian Advantage Buyers Group Discount
PROBLEM:
When I enter my Buyers Group # in the Discount Coupon Box,
my discount is not reflected in my total
ANSWER: AA Buyers Group Members must enter a
special code to receive your discount.

Trouble with your Credit Card? Please check these items
#1- Double check that your CC# and expiration date are entered
correctly
Aren't familiar with your Credit Card Security Code?
The verification number is a 3-digit
number printed on the back of your card.
It appears after and to the right of your card number (see below).
If your card does not have a
verification number, try another card or enter the number 000.
