Such social little butterflies, these birds can hardly sit still long
enough to actually play with one thing before some other thing has
captured their attention!
In general these Conures are curious about everything but they tend to
have a short attention span so you need to keep up with their ever
changing interests by rotating a wide variety of stimulating little toys
regularly.
They can be slow becoming coordinated at holding their food or foot toys
in their feet
so it's important to continue to work with them on developing this form of
play.
They love to sneak things when your not looking so hiding a small foot toy
or an almond in your pocket, during shoulder time, can be an easy way to
encourage & motivate them.
In general the small Conures enjoy all different kinds of textures, as
long as they are easy to shred and interesting enough to spark their
curiosity.
Things to climb on, swing from & makes noise with are good choices
for these very active birds.
Most small Conures love birdie beds & sleepers of all kinds.
